About us In the kitchen the chef is Anita, born in Yogyakarta,who discover her pas - sion for the stove late. With constant training and a stubborn love for food Anita achieved her goal: the own Warung. Using moderntechniques like Sous Vide or molecular ingredientsshe is trying to give a fresh twist to traditionaldishes like Sapi Rendang or new entries like slowcooked lamb with bitter oranges from Kintamani.Same for all Pasta dishes: respect tradition choosing new ways to succeed.
Homemade Everything.. Our credo is food as simple as possible. But this simplicity comes with a price, that is perfection. That’s why Anita de - cided to make everything possible at home, so she can guarantee the quality of her food. Bread, noodle, jam and more, all result of a meticulous research and many failures. It is risky too, as if the quality is not consistent, she can blame only her-self. On the other side is this the only way to grow.
The best Pasta in town.. Our noodle are all in house made, using the best flour on the market or original italian semolina, where needed fresh local organic eggs, as allowed in the original recipe from northern Italy. Stuffings of Lasagne and Ravioli are fresh and zero kilometer sourced..
